Circulatory massage

This gentle, slow and superficial massage, is especially indicated for older people with circulatory disorders, who cannot be subjected to much pressure, due to its delicacy.

The circulatory massage is a technique whose purpose is to activate the blood and lymphatic circulation, favouring the cellular exchange. By mobilising body fluids, on the one hand, nutrients reach the cells better, and on the other hand, circulating toxins reach the organs and lymph nodes responsible for eliminating them.

The technique consists of mobilising body fluids, acting directly on the blood and lymphatic vessels and indirectly on the neuromotor endings. This procedure will promote the functioning of the heart muscle and intensify blood distribution from the internal organs to the muscles and skin. As a result, the increase in body temperature will heat and transform the tissues, preventing circulatory injuries.
